Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We currently ship to North America.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Delivery Estimates

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of tea, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products.

Returns Eligibility

We will accept a return or issue a replacement/refund if:

-The product arrives damaged or defective.

-You received the wrong product.

Timeframe

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Process for Returns/Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used tea.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
